Recommendation for use:•Remove atraumatic tooth, or make gingiva incisions and lift back the gum tissue to expose the roots or implant.•Debride the soft granulation tissue with a surgical curette.•Remove blood to visualize and identify re- gions of granulation tissue that penetrate the bone.•Use degranulation burs to remove all granulation tissue at speeds of 1000-1200 RPM without water cooling.•Apply bone grafting materials if needed
