In case of Raw Space, it is possible more than 2 booths.(In case of 1 Booth, Raw Space is not permitted.)
If you cancel your booth application, the GAMEX Participation Regulations must be followed on the PDF file.

Cautions when you apply participation

When you submit participation application form, you should pay participation deposit (Booth Fee X 30%) to the designated account.
The Second Payment and Balance : By June 15th, 2026 (90 days before the opening day of the exhibition).

Booth will be allocated according to the following Article 2(Selection of Booth Locations) of the "GAMEX 2026 Participation Regulations"
The organizer shall allocate and designate booths according to the booth scale of participation, participation results, the order of registration, exhibits and the location desired by Exhibitors.
