Crystal Optic Co., Ltd. was established in Incheon, South Korea, in 1992, beginning as an optical retail business with a network of stores across Seoul and the Gyeonggi region.In 1998, the company successfully researched and developed its own medical loupes, achieving full domestic production in Korea. As a pioneer in what was then an emerging market, Crystal Optic played a leading role in introducing and supplying Korean-made medical loupes to local healthcare professionals.Through continuous research and product development, the company introduced ultra-compact medical headlights as well as Korea’s first individually customized TTL (Through-The-Lens) loupes.Drawing on decades of experience in the optical industry, Crystal Optic combines extensive knowledge of ophthalmic optics with specialized expertise in medical loupes. From carefully selected lenses and precise measurements to manufacturing and personalized fitting, we provide professional support throughout the entire process.In 2012, Crystal Optic launched its medical loupe brand, SURGELOUP.Today, the second generation continues the SURGELOUP family business, combining long-established technical expertise with modernized systems and close, face-to-face customer service. Through this approach, we continue to develop and strengthen SURGELOUP as a sustainable and trusted medical loupe brand.
